Method 1: Copy and Paste
The default download video format is in MP4 which is an iTunes compatible format.
Step 1: Copy and paste URL to iTunes Downloader
Go to the website where you want to videos. Copy the URL of the selected video file that you want to download and then paste it on VideoPower RED by clicking the “Paste URL” button.
After this, the video will be processed in the “Downloading” control panel.
Step 2: Check the downloaded video
Wait for the download to finish, and then go to the “Completed” section to find the downloaded video. If you wish to do more, right-click to choose from the menu.
Method 2: Use the Embedded Browser
Open the video page via an embedded browser on “Detect”. Play the video you want to download and the program will automatically download the videos for you.
A pop-up prompt will show to let you know that all is well, the program detected and is downloading your video.
But for YouTube, the video can be downloaded by clicking the download button below the video or copying the link, like in the method 1.
Wait for the download to finish, and then go to the “Completed” section to find the downloaded video.
Method 3: Record video
Screen Record iTunes Compatible Video from a Website
In some cases, because of slow internet connection, downloading would be a bit problematic so to continue saving the desired video file, using a screen recording tool is necessary.
Note: This method is best for protected video files
Step 1: Record video
Click the “Record” tab to record the video and Select from “Region, Fullscreen, around mouse or Web camera” as preferred.
Step 2: Check the recorded video.
After recording, the recorded file can be seen in the record interface.
