There are 2 methods to check for specific information on your Personal Computer (PC) environment and maintain comfortable performance.
Method 1:
1) Click the “Start Menu” and Navigate to “Settings”.

2) Click “System” and navigate to “About”.

3) You can now view and check the basic overview of your system such as your Processor, Product IDs, the System type (32-bit or 64-bit) you’re using and the amount of RAM Installed.

4) Now Check the free space left in your Device.
Click on the “This PC” icon on your Desktop.

5) You will get directed to the “Devices and Drives” interface. Check the “Local Disk (C:)” to know how much free space you still have on your computer.

Method 2:
1) You can also type on the “Search box” the word “System Information” to view the System summary or the PC Information.

2) The “System Summary” page you open up already provides a lot more information than you saw in the Settings app. You can see details about your version of Windows and the manufacturer of your PC, along with hardware details like your BIOS version, motherboard model, installed RAM, and more.

There are some websites, while you are downloading the videos, those advertisements will be downloaded automatically too.
Normally advertisement video size is smaller than the video you want to download.
You could set to “ignore video smaller than 1024KB (1MB)”, then most of the ads will be filtered out.

The format and resolution setting is only a priority setting for download,
if the video site provides the selected format video, the software will download this format as priority.
Otherwise, it will download the default format and resolution.
ex:
We setted downloading formats as “mp4, FULL HD “,
but the max resolution on web is 720p,
then VideoPower RED will download 720p MP4 video.
You can try following methods to solve the problem.
1. Check the network and make sure the network is working well
2. Close security software
3. Set the output folder to another drive other than C drive
4. Try other download methods, there are 3 ways of downloading, paste URL, Detect (download from the embedded browser), Advanced Detect (download from PC browser)
5. Set to other download formats by navigating to “Settings> Format”.
6. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, the software also supports recording, try to record instead of download.
There are 3 ways to solve this problem
Method 1
Sometimes the downloading failed because the network is not stable.
you can right-click the video in “Downloading” list and restart the download again later
Method 2
If method one doesn’t work, it may because the file you are trying to download already exists.
Just find the file from the output folder and move it to another destination or rename it, and then try to download again.
Method 3
If the above 2 methods cannot solve the problem, try to change resolution or format by going to “Settings > Format”. You can set video/audio format and clarify freely.
Because the default player on your PC is not working fine, it can’t play this video.
To solve this, it’s recommended to use the VLC player as your default media player.
Close VideoPower GREEN and delete all the files under “C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\VideoPower”, then the problem will be solved.
If you can hear sound from the speaker, but VideoPower GREEN could not record audio from the speaker you want,
Please try below 2 methods.
Method 1:
Set the wanted speaker as default sound playback device.
Step1: right-click the sound icon on the right bottom color on your desktop.

Step2: click “Sound” from the menu to open the setting window of “Sound”
Step3: Select the speech which you are using to playback videos or audio.
right-click it, set it as the default device.

Step4: click “OK” to save the setting.
then you can restart VideoPower Green and try to record again.
Method 2:
Select the wanted speaker as the recording device
Click the “Audio input” main interface, select “Options” from the pulldown menu.
select the wanted speaker from the system sound list and save the setting.
then you can try to record again.

The most possible reason is that the default speaker neither doesn’t exist nor work, cannot output sound.
To fix this, please connect to a workable speaker, restart VideoPower GREEN and try again.
Settings > Record
Try to uncheck “Improve screen capture efficiency (recommended)”

If the webcam screen or transparent window cannot be seen in recording,
go to “Settings > Record”, and then check the option “Translucent window enhancement”.

To successfully record a high-quality video like 1080p in full screen,
we recommend setting the output video format as below:

To fix this problem, go to “Settings” > “Record” and select “Prevent video from freezing” as below.
After that, you can record without video freezing.

You can search a subtitle and add it to a video in just one-click by using VideoPower BLUE.

To get and save the format profile, codec, bit rate, file size and etc. or what users called as source media information of the video or audio, just add the file first, right-click the file and choose “Source media information” from the drop-down list. Then you will see a popup window showing all those information. So you can copy it or take a screenshot of it.

One smart factor regarding the conversion function of VideoPower BLUE is that it has an associate choice that enables users to limit the size of the video to be converted.
After adding the file, you can set the wanted file size as below.

The activation needs a connection to an online server.
If the activation window display as blank as below, please confirm whether the internet connection is being setting in a correct way .

If your network is set in a prompt way, the activation window will display as below correctly.

VideoPower YELLOW has a visible control bar for area selection to edit and cut your audio.

VideoPower YELLOW enables its users to download song tracks in an efficient way through its library feature.
Run VideoPower Yellow, search the name of the artist on the search bar and download it.

To save songs and music without knowing the title, VideoPower YELLOW has the solution for it.
“Run VideoPower Yellow software and record the specific song, and music information (title, artist.etc) will be detected automatically.

Yes, you can install the software on multiple Windows PCs, but one license can activate one PC only.
If you want to use the VideoPower series on another computer, please contact the support team.
If you want to use the VideoPower series on another computer, you need to contact our support team.
After that, please follow the steps below.
1. Uninstall the product on your first computer.
2. Install VideoPower products on your new computer.
3. Start the product after installation.
4. Enter the product registration code into the product.
The product registration code is the same as the one originally issued.
Note:
* After register the software on another PC, the original one will be back to unregistered state.
* The number of transfers of registered PCs is limited, but the number is not yet announced.
