Purpose of use
- Issue with a product registration code when purchase a product.
- Provide with support regarding the products.
- Provide with information on various services regarding the products including information on product version upgrades.
- Send out products or campaign gifts to costumers.
- Provide information that may be useful to customers such as details on campaigns and new products.
- Collect customers’ opinions of the product, service development, and case studies.
- Confirm payment information with financial institutions when ordering a product.
- Use internally as marketing data.
Provision of information to third parties
Users’ information will disclose the country of residence or anywhere abroad due to laws, legal procedures, or requests from public institutions.
Users’ information will be provided to the credit card company in case of suspicion of card fraud.
The company will not provide users’ identification information to the third-parties without the users’ consent except for the cases mentioned above.
In addition, in order to prevent any unauthorized use of personal information caused by the company, credit card or debit card information will not be stored on the site. When giving out the card information, the information will be transferred to the payment gateway and the information will be stored on their server.
